Bella wins local LYOY comp

Congratulations to our Year 12 school leader Bella Pini who won both the Public Speaking Award and was announced as the Overall Winner at the Proserpine Lion’s Youth of the Year Club Event.

Bella will next represent the Proserpine Lions Club at the Zone Final in Collinsville on March 15. The topic of Bella's speech was "Climate Change Refugees".

Well done to our fellow Year 12 students Caitrin Kelly and Charley Orenshaw who also took part. Thank you to our Secondary Teacher Shantae Ryle for helping our students prepare for the event.
